Terms of Service
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Inboks, a software service owned and operated by Lunik L.L.C. Inboks gives businesses one workspace for customer conversations and related operational data.
By using Inboks, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company, team, or other organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms.
1. Service Scope
Inboks may include a shared inbox for connected messaging channels, conversation assignment and status tracking, contacts, saved replies, notes, tags, analytics, booking and payment tracking, inventory tools, workspace settings, billing, and other administrative features.
Features may vary by plan, workspace configuration, deployment stage, or third-party availability. We may add, remove, improve, limit, or change them over time.
2. Workspace Accounts and Team Access
Provide accurate, current information when creating or using an Inboks workspace. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity in your account or workspace.
Workspace administrators manage invitations, roles, connected channels, billing, and authorized users. Only give access to people who are authorized to use the workspace.
3. Connected Platforms and Third-Party Services
Some Inboks features rely on third parties such as Meta, Google, hosting, email, and payment processors. When you connect an external account or use an authentication or payment flow, you must follow that provider's terms, policies, and rules.
You confirm that you are authorized to connect every account, page, channel, business, or payment profile you use with Inboks. Inboks is not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions, policy decisions, API changes, or restrictions.
4. Customer Data and Content
You keep your rights in content and business data submitted to Inboks. You grant Lunik L.L.C. a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, display, and back up that data only to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.
You must have the rights, permissions, and legal basis to upload contacts, messages, booking records, payment proof links, notes, inventory data, and other materials, and to send messages through connected channels.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Inboks to:
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized messages;
- break privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, or platform rules;
- attempt unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or connected systems;
- upload malicious code, interfere with the platform, or disrupt service availability;
- use the service in a way that could harm Lunik L.L.C., other customers, or third parties.
6. Billing and Paid Access
Lunik L.L.C. develops, licenses, and supports Inboks. Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for paid subscriptions. At checkout, Paddle identifies the contracting entity, handles transaction taxes, and issues the transaction receipt and any applicable tax invoice or credit note.
Payment is completed through Paddle Checkout. Inboks does not collect or store card numbers, security codes, PINs, online-banking passwords, or one-time codes.
Inboks is a digital service with no physical shipping. Paid access starts after payment is confirmed for the period shown in the confirmation or invoice. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and applicable consumer withdrawal rules are in the Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy notice also apply.
7. Availability and Product Changes
We aim to operate Inboks reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures, or third-party platforms may affect availability.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, technical, legal, or product reasons.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, use creates a security or legal risk, the law or a third-party platform requires it, or billing obligations are not met.
You may stop using the service at any time. Workspace-closure or data-removal requests may still be subject to security, billing, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, and legal retention obligations.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inboks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lunik L.L.C. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party platform change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunik L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for service, legal, security, or business changes. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
By continuing to use Inboks after updated Terms take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
