Terms of Service

Last updated: April 13, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Inboks, a software service owned and operated by Lunik L.L.C. Inboks is designed for businesses that need one workspace to manage customer conversations and related operational data.

By accessing or using Inboks, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

Inboks may include a shared inbox for connected messaging channels, conversation assignment and status tracking, contacts, saved replies, notes, tags, analytics, room and booking management, payment tracking, inventory tools, workspace settings, billing tools, and related administrative features.

Features may vary by plan, workspace configuration, deployment stage, or third-party availability. We may add, remove, improve, limit, or change features over time.

2. Workspace Accounts and Team Access

You must provide accurate, current information when creating or using an Inboks workspace. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace.

Workspace administrators are responsible for team invitations, role assignments, connected channels, billing settings, and the actions of authorized users within their workspace. You must ensure that only properly authorized people are given access.

3. Connected Platforms and Third-Party Services

Some Inboks features depend on third-party services such as Meta, Google, and Paddle. If you connect Instagram or Messenger accounts, or use any third-party authentication or billing flow, you remain responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and rules of those providers.

You represent that you are authorized to connect any account, page, channel, business, or payment profile you use with Inboks. Inboks is not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy enforcement decisions, API changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

4. Customer Data and Content

You retain your rights in the content and business data you submit to Inboks. You grant Lunik L.L.C. a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, display, and back up that data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis to upload contacts, messages, booking records, payment proof links, notes, inventory data, and other materials into Inboks, and to send messages through connected channels.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Inboks to:

  • send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized messages;
  • violate privacy, marketing, consumer protection, or platform rules;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or connected systems;
  • upload malicious code, interfere with the platform, or disrupt service availability;
  • use the service in a way that could harm Lunik L.L.C., other customers, or third-party providers.

6. Billing and Paid Access

Some Inboks plans and features are provided on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing cadence, and included plan details are shown at checkout, on pricing pages, or in the billing area of the app.

If your workspace is billed through Paddle or another billing provider we support, recurring charges may continue until canceled through the available billing flow. Paid access may be limited or suspended if a subscription becomes inactive, past due, or otherwise unavailable after any applicable grace period.

7. Availability and Product Changes

We aim to operate Inboks reliably, but uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service is not guaranteed. Availability may be affected by maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures, or third-party platform issues.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including when changes are needed for security, technical, legal, or product reasons.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Inboks if these Terms are violated, if use of the service creates security or legal risk, if required by law or third-party platform rules, or if billing obligations are not met.

You may stop using the service at any time. Requests to close a workspace or remove data may still be subject to security, billing, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, and other legal retention obligations.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inboks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lunik L.L.C. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party platform change.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lunik L.L.C. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, security needs, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

By continuing to use Inboks after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
